**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative & Office Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls and emails from customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing timely updates on their orders
* Gathering information on customer complaints and escalating them to management for swift resolutions
* Scheduling interviews with applicants for the Plant Manager to conduct
* Conducting onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for all new hires
* Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and order status
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
* Collaborating with the Plant Manager and other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Preferred Qualifications**
