If you're a customer service enthusiast with a passion for sales and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you. **Essential Functions** As a Customer Service Representative – OES, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally * Processing orders, credits, and special requests in a timely and accurate manner * Maintaining a thorough understanding of our product lines, including: + Doors + Drawer fronts + Glass doors + French lites + Drawer boxes + Moldings and accessory items + Finishing all types + Ready To Assemble (RTA) cabinet line + Basic specialty items * Learning and utilizing our system requirements, including: + Custom order entry + CRM + Email + Shipping + Anytime * Collaborating with the pricing team to process special pricing requests * Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S guidelines * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills **Knowledge, Skill, and Experience** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience in customer service/sales or a college graduate * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a call center or customer-facing role * Familiarity with CRM software and custom order entry systems * Knowledge of wood and Deco-form product lines * Basic understanding of shipping and logistics **Work Environment and Culture** As a work-from-home employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility and comfort of working from your own space.
