**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Efficiently and effectively managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Determining customer needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
* Providing customer contact via phone and email, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
* Working a variable schedule, including nights and weekends, with the possibility of overtime as needed.
* Maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, adhering to arenaflex's attendance policies.
* Performing other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
* Comfort with a fast-paced environment and multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
* Ability to sit for long periods of time, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and well-being.
* Availability to work one Saturday a month, with flexibility to accommodate variable schedules and overtime as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
