**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lawrenceville, Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering, screening, and routing all phone calls in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting walk-ins, scheduling interviews, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates
* Completing data entry in our database for new applicants and check-ins
* Organizing and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of project-related and administrative materials and documents
* Developing a strong working knowledge of business processes and administrative deadlines
* Maintaining weekly audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Proficiency in Kronos timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance records
* Strong computer skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM typing speed
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* 1 year of customer service experience
* 1 year of experience with Kronos timekeeping and scheduling systems
