Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. and will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Primary Responsibilities Respond to 60-80 incoming calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns Ask appropriate questions, listen actively, and document required information in computer systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer requests Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, as needed, to ensure that their issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service they received Utilize computer systems and software applications to access customer information, process requests, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner Collaborate with internal teams, such as pharmacy and benefits, to resolve customer issues and provide seamless service Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 1 year of customer service experience, including providing service over the phone Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST, from Sunday to Saturday, including occasional overtime and weekend shifts Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are preferred, but not required: Call Center experience Experience with a virtual learning environment Experience with a virtual working environment Experience working with digital platforms and systems, such as web, chat, and email Healthcare/insurance environment experience, including familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design Telecommuting Requirements To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following telecommuting requirements: Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy Must live in a location that can receive a blithequark-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service Must be able to connect directly to the internet via a hard wire (either directly to the modem or router) Soft Skills and Physical Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following soft skills and meet the physical requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Anticipate taking a minimum of 50 calls daily Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, and long periods working at a computer Compensation and Benefits At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly range of $16.00 - $28.27 per hour, depending on location, experience, and other factors. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution.
