Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll provide telephone assistance to Medicaid and Medicare members and providers, addressing a range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. You'll be the face of blithequark, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every caller feels valued and supported. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, and more. Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring that every caller receives a personalized and satisfying experience. Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable to access our systems and resolve customer inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on products, services, and industry trends. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent GED required. Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals. Must be able to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient, with reliable high-speed internet connectivity. Must commute to the office in Princeton, NJ when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working remotely in a call center setting. Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare programs.
