About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Shopbop, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer care to our clients across the globe. You will work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues efficiently, and provide personalized support to our luxury fashion enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to presale inquiries regarding product information, fit, fashion trends, and availability, guiding customers through the ordering process online.
Address and resolve post-order inquiries related to delivery, billing, and shipping, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Utilize a range of software tools to efficiently address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international shipping concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work effectively in a dynamic, multitasking environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Requirements and Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
A high school graduation or its equivalent.
Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.
Proficient in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds, apply discounts, and manage promotional codes.
Exceptional communication skills, including clear and concise writing and speaking, as well as active listening and interpretation of customer needs.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian.
Previous experience working with luxury goods or in the fashion industry.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
What We Offer
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $19.00 per hour, with a base pay range of $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. As an Amazon subsidiary, we provide a comprehensive total compensation package, which may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
