**Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

* **Providing Superior Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
* **Answering Phones**: Respond to phone calls in a friendly manner, using our information script to provide accurate and helpful information.
* **Greeting Members**: Welcome members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
* **Responding to Member Questions**: Address member queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
* **Processing Purchases**: Process beverage or merchandise purchases through our point of sale system, ensuring seamless transactions.
* **Promoting Fitness Classes**: Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and new members, encouraging them to try new experiences.
* **Maintaining a Clean Environment**: Ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
