About the Role: Customer Service Representative We're on the hunt for customer service representatives who embody our core values of Service, Simple, Purposeful, Curious, and Give. As a Customer Service Representative at Ski Butlers Vail & Beaver Creek, you'll be the face of our company, delivering legendary service to our guests and making their ski experience truly unforgettable. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, allowing you to enjoy the mountains on your own terms. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your core responsibilities will include: Interacting with our customers by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, setting clear expectations, and providing support throughout their stay. Picking up equipment after our guests' final day on the mountain, ensuring a seamless experience. Maintaining our equipment and vans, including gas-ups, washing, and interior cleaning. Packing orders for future deliveries, performing basic ski tuning and waxing, and keeping our shop organized and clean. Restocking vans with extra equipment and answering/making calls to our customers. What We're Looking For While prior experience is not required, we're looking for individuals who are: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities. Team players who embody our core values. Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances. Essential Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of skiing/snowboarding (not required but a plus). Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience. Knowledge of ski equipment and rentals. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We're offering a competitive compensation package that includes: A base wage of $18/hour, plus tips (average wage including credit card tips was between $25 - $33 per hour in the 22/23 season).
