Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Multitask with ease, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Utilize MS Suite and other software applications to manage customer interactions, track customer data, and perform other tasks as required. Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in MS Suite, with the ability to learn other software applications as required. Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Previous customer service experience is preferred, although not essential.
