Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a polite, empathetic, and professional tone * Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting the best solution to resolve the problem * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, including account information and order history * Utilizing Gorgias, Macros, and Shopify to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service * Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new products and services **Essential Qualifications and Skills** To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * Experience using Gorgias, Macros, and Shopify, with a strong understanding of customer service software and systems * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams * Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously * Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions * Documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records * Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and contribute to the development of new products and services * A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with customers **Preferred Qualifications and Skills** While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be beneficial for this role: * Experience working in the lingerie or fashion industry * Knowledge of customer service software and systems, including Gorgias and Shopify * Familiarity with Macros and their application in customer service * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and communication **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
