**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients and producers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing helpful and professional insurance service needs to clients and producers, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
* Processing binder requests, endorsements, policies, and other critical documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Verifying critical information for file documentation, including premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, and other relevant details.
* Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability, demonstrating a deep understanding of our insurance offerings.
* Collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
* Comfortable with cross-selling, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services to clients.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A Property and Casualty (P&C) license, with a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance.
* At least 1+ year of experience in a retail brokerage setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, with experience using the platform to manage customer relationships and data.
* In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry developments.

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be a bonus:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
