Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs Proactively assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews to understand their motivations and preferences Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong listening skills. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to relate to customers from diverse backgrounds are essential.
