About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing solutions to their inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Listen actively to customers, leveraging probing question skills to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets, managing and overcoming objections to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and systems to ensure that you are always providing the best possible service to customers. Remote Work Environment: Work from the comfort of your own home, with all the technical equipment you need to be successful. Flexible scheduling, with 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST). Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong multitasking abilities. Driven by a desire to solve problems and meet goals. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Experience in customer service and sales. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Technical Requirements: A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work. Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster, the better!). In-house network and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates. Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems.
