As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming telephone requests from clients, providing technical and emergency damage prevention services, and ensuring that all calls are handled efficiently and effectively. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answering inbound calls from clients and following scripted questions to obtain information about their work sites
* Entering data into a ticket format and identifying work sites on a mapping system similar to Google Maps
* Providing excellent customer service at all times, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Communicating effectively with clients, peers, and management to ensure that all calls are handled efficiently and effectively
* Processing information quickly and accurately using outlined criteria
* Accurately reading digital maps and providing clear and concise information to clients
* Demonstrating an interest in public safety and understanding and applying new concepts
* Working effectively and independently in a home or office environment
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Ability to listen and problem-solve effectively
* General computer skills
* Ability to adhere to a work schedule, including having good attendance
* Ability to work as a team and be self-motivated and able to work independently
* Willingness to work overtime based upon the business needs of the call center
* Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
* Must pass a criminal background check
