Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative III, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling phone inquiries, responding to service requests, and providing support for association products and services. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle phone inquiries of all types regarding membership benefits, membership pricing, and processing in an efficient and professional manner * Support access to and navigation of the association website through assistance with registration and password reset * Respond to service inquiries regarding association products by providing information on products, pricing, order status, and billing * Respond to inquiries regarding print and online journal subscriptions, including product information, pricing, order status, and billing * Enter journal orders and research and resolve service interruptions * Send back issues or make other subscription adjustments as appropriate * Actively participate in training, performance management, workgroups, and service center improvement projects **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer service and/or telemarketing experience * Experience with service center tools (e.g., telephony, measurement, applications) * Sales experience in an outbound call environment preferred * Excellent oral communication skills and experience communicating in a professional environment both via phone and email * Ability to work effectively in a high volume, production-oriented environment * On-site expectation: Chicago Office for events 6-8 times per year **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with CRM software and other service center tools * Strong sales and up-selling skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Experience with data entry and record-keeping **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a high volume, production-oriented environment * Strong sales and up-selling skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong data entry and record-keeping skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
