Job Overview: Customer Service Representative II (Remote) We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representative II to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our patient support team, you will play a vital role in assisting patients in successfully gaining access to our digital application, providing exceptional digital support, and troubleshooting basic access issues. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients in registering their digital accounts, resetting passwords, validating caller identification, and troubleshooting basic access issues via telephone or electronic media. Answer questions related to accessing our digital application from patients and arenaflex coworkers, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation in our enterprise tracking system. Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and service standards, demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and a strong sense of advocacy. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Up to a year of customer service experience, with 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred. A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of clinical/healthcare settings being a plus. 1 Year of Contact Center Experience Preferred, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A positive outlook, strong sense of advocacy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
