Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service in our retail stores, helping customers to realize a seamless flying experience through TSA Precheck or initiating background checks and other services for various federal or state programs. As an Enrollment Agent, you will be collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused, ensuring that every interaction is professional and welcoming. With comprehensive training provided, you will be equipped to excel in this position and support other areas of the store during the 8-10 week onboarding period. Key Responsibilities Greet all customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Engage and present products and solutions that drive sales, with the customer's needs in mind, and lead government or TSA-related consumer sales for identity-related products and services Verify customer identity, scan required documents into the database system, take passport photos, and complete customer fingerprint images, biometric, and data capture processes and paperwork Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned in the store, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to support the team Essential Skills and Experience To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and experience: Be at least 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen, with a strong commitment to customer service and sales Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends, and lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment Customer service-related experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences Knowledge of identity services and products, including TSA Precheck and background checks Experience with database systems and fingerprinting equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
