As a Customer Service Representative I, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service, and you will be responsible for developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. What You Will Do As a Customer Service Representative I at Blithequark, you will provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. Your primary responsibilities will include: Ensuring that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws. Developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. Developing improvement plans in response to customer surveys. Checking and validating the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases. Supporting Sales Representatives in case of product usage discrepancies. Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process. Following up with hospitals about purchase orders and clarifying discrepancies. Building relationships with Sales Representatives and supporting requested product/case information. Determining when Representative support requires escalation based on the complexity of the request and priority level of need. Following the order entry process and back-up team members. Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process. Ensuring that hospital-requested products are on track for delivery and communicating kit needs to the warehouse if quick delivery is required. Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology. Supporting Sales by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax. Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Implementing procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processes. Responsibility Allocation As a Customer Service Representative I, you can expect to allocate your time across various tasks and responsibilities, including: Order Entry (sales/customer support) : 50% Purchase Order Application : 25% Credit/Rebills : 5-10% What You Need To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent : Required 2+ years of customer or account management experience : Required Demonstrated knowledge of the medical implant industry and hospital customer base : Preferred Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
