**Your Impact**
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving and responding to a large number of incoming requests from customers, identifying and assessing their needs to achieve satisfaction, and building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Documenting customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, following up to ensure resolution.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Maintaining schedule adherence and accurately tracking non-ACD time through the use of appropriate Aux codes.
- Placing parts and supply orders, providing price quotes, RMA's, debits, credits, Web Store enrollments, and performing basic troubleshooting.
**About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring**
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, plus less than one year of related experience.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Good customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively.
- Experience working in a call center environment.
