What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners Ensuring accurate PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry as the front line for data entry, including pushing back on incorrect or subpar data Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, developing creative solutions to customer issues Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process Supporting the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax, researching responses with sales Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies What You Need To succeed in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years' relevant work experience While experience as an account representative and proficiency in Oracle are preferred, we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
