Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our journey. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing technical and systems support to the Customer Service team and UK Fleet Contracts, developing strong relationships with the team and customers across the board. * Delivering exceptional administration, systems, and technical support to customers, dealing professionally, empathetically, and efficiently with all queries and complaints. * Learning more about our products and better understanding the needs and requirements of our customers, providing solutions to meet their needs. * Providing the highest level of admin and technical support to customers and the team. * Providing exceptional customer service in supporting key UK fleet contracts, dealing professionally, empathetically, and efficiently with incoming telephone orders and queries. * Accurately processing orders in a timely manner, handling any special instructions as appropriate. * Processing customer returns. * Supporting the field sales teams in providing quotes and documentation as required and arranging vehicle fittings. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 3+ years of proven customer services experience, with a strong background in Business to Business (B2B) customer service. * Strong systems capabilities, with experience in using various systems and software. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. * A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement. **What We Offer** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect: * A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum. * A 12-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity to extend or convert to a permanent role. * Hybrid working arrangements, with 3 days per week spent in the office and 2 days per week working from home. * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave. * Opportunities for career growth and development, with a focus on employee development and training. * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you!
