Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling incoming calls and making outbound follow-ups as needed, updating phone status accordingly * Navigating multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources * Maintaining clear and accurate records of calls and actions * Responding to inquiries via phone and email about COBRA, billing eligibility for insurance plans, and general questions about policies and payments * Providing excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a courteous attitude at all times **Schedule and Location** This is a temporary position requiring a 3-month commitment, with strong potential for hire. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM. While this position is primarily remote, you must be flexible and available to report on-site if needed. Office locations include Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Utica. **Pay and Benefits** The pay rate for this position is $16.29/hr, with the potential to increase to $18.22/hr upon hire.
