**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from members and providers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly and demonstrating a high level of empathy and understanding. **Key Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound calls from members and providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on claims status, eligibility, and benefit information
* Utilize proficient computer skills to navigate our system and access relevant information
* Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
* Demonstrate a high level of empathy and understanding, controlling conversations and calls to ensure positive outcomes
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a call center or customer service role
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed of 30+ WPM
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly
* High level of empathy and understanding, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply
* Experience working in a high-volume call center environment
* Health insurance call center experience preferred
* Soft skills, including professionalism, caring, and a positive attitude
* Ability to work any shift between 8:00AM - 8:00PM, including the 11:30AM - 8:00PM shift
* Willingness to work on site in either the Pittsburgh or Camp Hill location, as required
