You'll be the go-to expert for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on medication coverage, mail order solutions, and other benefits-related topics. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels from arenaflex members, providing accurate and timely information on medication coverage, mail order solutions, and other benefits-related topics. * Resolve member issues and concerns in a patient, supportive, and professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving member satisfaction. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of complex issues. * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide expert guidance to members. * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. * Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. * 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience. * Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other software tools. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry. * Strong knowledge of medication coverage, mail order solutions, and other benefits-related topics. * Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. * Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools. **arenaflex Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
