Basic Technical Support : Provide basic technical support as needed, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with clinicians, referral sources, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination, driving exceptional customer experiences and outcomes. Qualifications: of Compassionate and Dedicated Professionals To succeed as an Associate Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience : A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with 2 years preferred, demonstrating your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.Associate's or Bachelor's Degree : An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, customer service, or communications.
