We are committed to providing a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Customer Service. You will receive requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding insurance claims/policies and respond to inquiries from policy holders, providers, and others for information and assistance.
