**About the Position**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in improving health outcomes by connecting healthcare providers with the information and resources they need. You'll be the first point of contact for healthcare providers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for delivering positive experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering incoming phone calls from healthcare providers and identifying the type of assistance they need (e.g., benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits)
* Resolving issues on the first call by navigating through complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and providing an appropriate response to the caller
* Delivering information and answering questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff
* Completing documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends
* Interacting with providers to develop a relationship with them, while managing a high volume of calls and developing knowledge of various products and benefits

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must live within 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV
* Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
* Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
* Skilled in problem-solving to quickly assess the current state and formulate recommendations
* Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

* 1+ year of experience in a related environment (e.g., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
* Prior healthcare experience
