Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in handling a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers. Your primary responsibility will be to address their inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will be required to type information into our computer system simultaneously while handling calls, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented accurately. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity, meet performance targets, and adhere to our quality standards.
