Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Provider Services Representative, you will play a vital role in coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This project focuses on IVA, Prospective, and Risk, and we are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to Provider offices and answer inbound calls, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution
Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach, utilizing critical thinking and attention to detail
Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands
Provide problem resolution through effective communications (via phone and email), ensuring excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborate on projects of limited scope and complexity, following set procedures and working under supervision
