Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Health Care Operations team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, processing Medicare contracts, and verifying certification for external producers/agents. You will be responsible for data entry, appointment scheduling, and may also supplement the background check review and documentation process as needed.
