About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions. Your expertise and knowledge will enable you to provide personalized solutions, simplifying the healthcare experience for our members. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members, answering questions and resolving issues related to pharmacy benefit plans. Provide clear explanations of prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions. Offer personalized solutions to members, addressing their unique needs and concerns. Utilize your knowledge and skills to improve the overall healthcare experience for our members. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Required Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. At least 1 year of experience interacting with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry. Proficiency in Windows-based applications and strong computer skills.
