Key Responsibilities

Answering calls from clients and following up as necessary to ensure complete resolution of their issues.
Conducting thorough research into participant concerns and taking the next best steps to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Entering data into our pension system with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Tracking ongoing cases to ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
Resolving customers’ service or billing complaints through activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.


Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need a strong background in customer service, call center operations, or payment processing, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience. A High School diploma or GED is required, although a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience working within the banking and financial industry, particularly with payment processing, is highly valued.
