Job Overview: Customer Service Representative at arenaflex
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations within our business. The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable interacting with customers and working on the shop floor. Additionally, you may be required to assist with data entry tasks throughout the day to optimize your work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their needs as they arrive at our location, providing exceptional customer service and support
Answer questions and direct customers to the correct parts, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
Operate forklifts to load and unload auto parts, both manually and with the assistance of machinery, maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Assist customers in identifying and locating additional parts as needed, including looking up part numbers or checking inventory
Process customer payments accurately using our point-of-sale system, ensuring timely and efficient transactions
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the customer service area and in the warehouse, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
Perform other data entry tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the business, including updating inventory, entering part orders, and assisting with other administrative duties


Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Previous customer service experience preferred, with auto parts experience being a significant plus
Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn, with training provided by arenaflex
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team and customers, providing exceptional support and service
Basic computer skills for looking up parts, processing payments, and performing data entry tasks, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity throughout the day
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, ensuring timely and efficient commuting to and from work
Must be able to work full-time (Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm), with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
