**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Boise, Idaho. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly wage of $16.00, plus opportunities for commission and shift premium.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers, including car rentals and car sharing options
* Assist customers with rental and return processes, including checking cars, processing rentals, and checking-in cars at return
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

**What We're Looking For**
* Valid Driver's License
* Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
* Effective verbal communication skills
* Willingness to work outdoors
* Flexibility to work all shifts
* Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
* This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
* 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
