This is a full remote job opportunity available to candidates based in the United States, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.Job OverviewThis permanent, full-time position requires a commitment of 35-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our standard business hours of 5:00 am-10:00 pm local time. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls from clients, addressing their concerns, and providing guidance on prescription benefits, plan usage, formulary, fees, and status of orders and claims. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from clients on issues related to benefit eligibility questions and prescription status questions Guide and inform customers on their prescription benefits, use of plan, formulary, fees, and status of orders and claims or inquiries Address concerns and listen attentively while documenting required information in computer systems Determine issues and communicate solutions and actions to customers, pharmacies, and physicians, including prescribed purchases and reorders Make outgoing calls to clients on prescription orders and remittance concerns Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex computer systems and databases.You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma/GED (or higher) or equivalent work experience 1+ years of customer service experience, including providing service over the phone Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system functions Basic understanding of bolthires Office Word (ability to open and navigate a word document) and bolthires Excel (ability to open and navigate a spreadsheet) Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our standard business hours of Sunday - Sunday 5:00 am - 11:00 pm local time in Pacific Standard Time or Mountain Standard Time, depending on location Preferred Qualifications Contact Center experience Customer service experience Expertise in Adult Learning in a digital environment Experience working with Digital systems and platforms, including Internet, Chat, and email Health Care/Insurance environment (understanding of medical terminology, medical plan documents, or benefit program design) Community service, personality wellness, disease prevention, health promotion, and behavior modification (partnering with vulnerable populations) Telecommuting Requirements To work from home successfully, you will need to have a dedicated workspace set up that is separate from other living areas and provides data privacy.You will also need to have a reliable computer and internet connection, with the ability to link directly to the internet via a hardwired connection (either directly to a modem or router).
