**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and providing exceptional service
* Running the register and handling cash transactions
* Making purchase suggestions and promoting our products
* Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and safe environment
* Interacting with customers daily and providing fast and friendly service
* Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Coming up with great ideas to solve problems and thinking quickly to offer suggestions
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination

* Sales associate or cashiering experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
