The Role: Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a self-motivated, customer-centric professional to fill a full-time remote Customer Service Representative position. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and customers through our online ticketing system. Your expertise and kindness will shine in every interaction, whether you're assisting producers in navigating our platform, handling customer order inquiries, or processing batch order imports.

Key Responsibilities:


Respond to customer inquiries via our online ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
Provide expert support and guidance to clients and customers on our platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Process batch order imports, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints.
Utilize CRM software and multiple online platforms simultaneously to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
Demonstrate high proficiency in Excel for data review, transfer, and manipulation.
Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work independently with minimal supervision, leveraging strong time-management skills to meet productivity and quality standards.
Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing quarterly meetings (requiring close proximity to Windsor, CA).


Essential Qualifications:


A minimum of 5 years' experience in a tasting room and/or winery admin role, with a deep understanding of the wine industry.
At least 2 years' experience working with CRMs and multiple online platforms simultaneously.
High proficiency in Excel, including data review, transfer, and manipulation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and/or remotely, with strong time-management skills.
A patient, kind, and open communication style, with a dedication to customer satisfaction.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience in sales or a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals or exceeding customer expectations.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
A willingness to learn and grow from mistakes, with a positive and adaptable attitude.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:


$20 - $22.50 per hour DOE.
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance covered at 100% for employees.
