Maintaining accurate records and utilizing Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software to track patient information and case progress. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of experience as a customer service representative, preferably in a call center environment, with a focus on inbound calling. 1 year of experience in healthcare, insurance, claims, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the complexities involved in patient care and medication management. High school diploma or equivalent; preferred candidates will have some college education or a degree in a relevant field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and healthcare professionals while providing clear and concise information.
