Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative for our VIP Helpline, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional care and support to seniors in our community. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing caller needs effectively, and ensuring that all interactions are documented accurately. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from seniors in our community, providing a welcoming and supportive experience. Gather and verify demographic information with care and professionalism, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address caller needs effectively, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Document all interactions accurately and in accordance with our procedures, maintaining high standards of data integrity. Provide reassurance and support to callers, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a patient-centric approach. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education. 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns. Proficiency in Google Suite applications and data entry, highlighting your technical skills and adaptability. Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with seniors, families, and healthcare professionals. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with medical terminology, which can enhance your understanding of caller needs and facilitate more effective support. Previous experience working with senior populations or in senior care, demonstrating your knowledge of their unique needs and challenges. Technical and Physical Requirements A minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload to ensure seamless and efficient communication. A dedicated workspace that is free from distractions or interruptions, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality support.
