Key Responsibilities


Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns.
Navigate multiple systems to access customer information, aid in answering questions, and resolve issues in a professional and conversational manner.
Utilize all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction, including product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.
Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and dedication to making a positive impact on our customers' experiences.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
Successful completion of mandatory training programs
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or contact center environment

1+ year of experience in a call center or contact center environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficient in using technology, including chat and email platforms
