About the Role We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong background in team environments to support our growing operations. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate day-to-day activities of healthcare workers Screen and hire caregivers, developing strong interpersonal relationships and promoting the employer's brand Staff client shifts by matching the best caregiver with each client, ensuring seamless service delivery Communicate regularly with field staff, US-based team members, and clients, providing excellent customer service and support Manage the service delivery platform, preparing daily and weekly staffing reports, and supporting payroll functions Provide HR support to healthcare workers, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment Take initiative to build strong rapport and relationships with US-based team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a team environment Flair for communication in English, both spoken and written, with a strong English medium background Expert-level computer experience with documents, sheets, and web applications Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and a multi-tasker, with superior time management skills Excellent customer service skills, with experience working with US or UK consumers Must demonstrate crystal clear phone call voice quality and clear HD video quality using home office equipment during the hiring process Dedicated home office space, with a reliable high-speed internet connection Shift timing: 9pm - 6am (IST, M-F), with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed Strong work ethics, respectful, and a professional attitude towards work, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and work independently Knowledge of healthcare services, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support to clients Experience with staffing and scheduling software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
