Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to address customer needs in a timely and professional manner. Accurately and efficiently input orders and appointments into multiple computer programs, documenting inquiries for outside sales teams. Demonstrate independent problem-solving skills, collaborating with the team as needed to resolve customer issues. Manage escalated phone calls, providing timely resolutions to minimize customer irritation and summarizing outcomes for management. Utilize excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to build strong relationships with customers. Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and creating Word and Excel documents. Show flexibility in performing ad-hoc duties as required. Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate will be a customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service, a keen ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic. To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3-5 years of customer service and/or general office administrative experience. Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The capacity to quickly learn program and product knowledge, navigate a PC, and work within a Windows environment. Dependability and excellent attendance record. The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous: Previous experience in a construction or related industry. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
