About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences. You'll work in a dynamic environment, arranging travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring that every client has an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities Arrange customized travel packages, including sports events, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, and excursions for families, couples, singles, and businesses Determine customer needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans Plan and book event packages, including travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, and special events Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or during travel Maintain organization and attention to detail when managing multiple client bookings and schedules Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our services and offerings to make recommendations to clients Essential Qualifications We're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen interest in the travel industry. While prior experience is not necessary, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail A customer-centric approach, with a focus on building strong relationships Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our systems and software To be at least 18 years old and a resident of the USA or Mexico Preferred Qualifications While not required, having prior experience in customer service, sales, or the travel industry can be beneficial.
