Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in reaching out to our Medicare clients to discuss their new insurance plans and provide ongoing support throughout the year. Your responsibilities will include conducting 3-4 follow-ups per year to ensure our clients are satisfied with their plans and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for answering customer phone calls, providing timely and accurate information, and directing clients to the appropriate resources when needed.
