Key Responsibilities

Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Follow established communication scripts when handling different topics, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each customer.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions and/or alternatives, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations.
Access company and client resources to accurately handle customer calls, staying up-to-date with the latest information and updates on our rewards program.
Seize opportunities to upsell products and services, promoting the value and benefits of our rewards program to customers.
Skillfully transition between tasks without losing efficiency or composure, maintaining a high level of productivity and focus in a dynamic environment.
Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, and remain positive and professional in all customer interactions.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, being open to cross-training and taking on new challenges as requested by the team or management.


Essential Qualifications

Previous 1 year of customer service or customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
Previous 1 year of call center or office background experience, with familiarity with call center technology and software applications.
Technical savvy, with the ability to toggle between multiple browsers and systems using dual monitors, and a strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
Previous remote work from home experience preferred, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a home-based setting.
Quick learner, with a strong ability to absorb and apply new information, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
Type 35 words per minute accurately, with strong phone and enthusiastic verbal communication skills, along with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Must be 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and a background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required.


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a rewards program or customer loyalty environment, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of rewards programs.
Familiarity with call center software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk applications.
Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and develop effective solutions to customer complaints.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting pay rate of $14 per hour, plus shift differential (extra $1 per hour for nights and weekends). You will also be eligible for paid training, typically 1 week from 7:00 am-4:00 pm (MST), and full-time benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, after 60 days of employment.
