Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service, engaging with customers for initial fuel delivery requests, order entry into our ERP system(s), and problem-solving on behalf of the customer. You'll be an integral part of our customer team, working collaboratively with various departments to resolve high-level operational issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Regularly collaborate with team members to support assigned customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Coordinate with various departments to resolve high-level operational issues, providing timely and effective solutions for our customers. Provide backup support across all functions within the customer team, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruptions to our customers. Share best practices and learning opportunities with peers across all Customer Experience teams, contributing to the growth and development of our customer service capabilities. Receive customer calls/emails, engaging with a warm, pleasant, and helpful attitude, and identifying customer needs to provide personalized support. Enter orders into our ERP system in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Identify customer problems and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner, either directly or through escalation to other departments, maintaining open communication with the customer throughout the process. Manage and execute on various methods of communication and requests for delivery, including inventory-managed orders, third-party portals, customer websites, and carrier-managed requests, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of service. Order Entry and Management In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all loads requested are entered successfully, and order numbers are provided to customers in a timely manner. You'll work closely with our logistics team to confirm carrier availability and communicate confirmation back to the customer. In the event that our logistics team is unable to secure a carrier, you'll escalate to other departments as needed, communicating status updates throughout the process to ensure all parties are informed and aligned. Customer Service Excellence At blithequark, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and as a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in achieving this goal. You'll greet customers warmly, ascertain their problems or reasons for calling, and resolve customer complaints by troubleshooting and/or engaging necessary internal departments or CRM. You'll ensure that customer communication is thorough, realistic expectations are communicated, and all customer requests are completed, even after handoff or escalation to other departments. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma required Customer Service experience, with a strong background in providing exceptional customer support Team environment experience, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with others Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, with basic Excel and Outlook proficiency required Preferred Qualifications Enthusiastic and motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Efficient decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Work Environment and Culture At blithequark, we offer a hybrid work schedule that allows for flexibility and work-life balance. After completing our comprehensive training program (approximately 6 months), you'll be eligible to work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
