Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from government clients, providing timely and effective support. Document details of conversations, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Utilize scripts and other resources to guide conversations, providing confident and accurate information. Maintain a strong customer focus rooted in empathy, ensuring clients receive exceptional service. Proficiently utilize online reference materials relating to the program, staying up-to-date on the latest information. Effectively and efficiently utilize technical systems, including desktop, call center-specific phone systems, and the internet. Meet department quality assurance standards and metrics, ensuring high-quality service is delivered. Educate and answer questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about the program. Follow protocol and apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A minimum High School Diploma or GED. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using online reference materials and technical systems. The ability to pass a language knowledge assessment, demonstrating your language proficiency. A strong and reliable private internet connection, with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable (not supplied by cellular data). Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Bilingual or multilingual skills, enabling you to support a diverse range of clients. Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, providing a solid foundation in customer service principles. A previously obtained Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance Level (for government clients only), streamlining the clearance process. Licenses in Insurance, Healthcare, and/or Finance sectors, demonstrating your expertise in a specific industry. Previous experience with FEMA Call Center, providing valuable experience in handling high-pressure customer service situations. Skills and Competencies To excel as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. A customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service. The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively. Technical skills, including proficiency in using call center-specific phone systems and online reference materials.
