Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to work in our Porta Potties Division. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to inquiries, complaints, and comments in a professional and courteous manner Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with blithequark's customer service policies Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments Promote blithequark's services and products to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Accurately enter data, information, bills, receipts, reports, and other documents into our customer service database Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing personalized solutions Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 2 years of experience in customer service, with a preference for experience in a similar industry 2 years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access 2 years of experience with labor cost analysis and inside sales Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills Ability to maintain effective communication with other employees and management teams Ability to prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices to compute fees and charges due Enthusiastic approach to customer service, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service to customers Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer interactions Experience with customer service software and databases Knowledge of industry-specific products and services Certification in customer service or a related field Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer interactions Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to maintain effective communication with other employees and management teams Strong organizational and time management skills Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
