Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner, ensuring that all interactions are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction. Provide accurate, clear, and concise information about products, services, and company policies to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective way. Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing CRM software and other customer service tools to ensure seamless communication and follow-up actions. Essential Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear, concise, and customer-friendly manner. Proven customer service experience in a BPO setting, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints, and consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets. Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach, remaining calm and composed under pressure, and managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Familiarity with CRM software, customer service tools, and technology platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and applications. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of performance and productivity in a 24/7 operations environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of BPO operations, customer service principles, and industry best practices. Knowledge of quality assurance processes, metrics, and standards, with a focus on continuous improvement, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
